NST Meet & Greet with Katie – This weekend @ XDC Dallas!
We posted pictures of one of the newest faces of NST, Katie Shepler, a few months ago and have been receiving a number of questions on facebook, via email, etc. Who is she? Where did you find her? Will she be at any upcoming events?! Some of you may remember Katie from drift events of yesteryear… those of you who do not, or those who caught onto drifting more recently, can stop by the NST Friends & Fans Tent at the XDC Dallas event this weekend to introduce yourselves and say hello!

XDC Round 5, Dallas Flyer Is Awesome!

Attached in an email I received a few minutes ago, was the latest flyer for round 5 of the XDC national drift series. The local Texas drift scene has grown in leaps and bounds over the past few years, and the pro and pro-am series have started to take notice. As a result, one of the biggest events of the year is shaping up to be XDC Round 5 at Texas Motor Speedway, Sept. 25, 2010. Mark you calendars everyone, and be sure to wear your NST colors!!!

Having celebrated great success in series such as Formula Drift PRO-AM, NOPI Drift, and D1 Grand Prix USA over the past several seasons, Chelsea now drives under the NST flag and has his sights on the 2010 Xtreme Drift Circuit. XDC 2010 Round Three, Top 16 Qualifying Photos

Over thirty drifters attempted qualifying runs for the field of Top 16 in Friday’s 2010 XDC Round Three, at Summit Point Raceway in West Virginia. The field of Top 16 would compete in tandem battles the following day, in front of over 10,000 fans who would attend the weekend’s Hyperfest activities. Check out some of the great photos bellow…
Xtreme Drift Circuit NST Round Two Wrap Up, Las Vegas
There’s nothing quite like attending a big drift event. Pro cars, big horsepower and lots of tire smoke, the road courses and fans who come out in big numbers, all make these events huge attractions. One of the most fun cities for drift events is Las Vegas, with its new road course facility at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The complex consists of a 1.5 mile speedway, 2.5 mile road course, .5 mile dirt oval, drag strip, go-kart track and a racing school. We packed our bags, loaded up the three car trailer, and headed out to the City of Sin.

Round two of the 2010 Xtreme Drift Circuit was held in Las Vegas on May 22, 2010. Roughly 40 teams/cars participated in this event, with NST entering the three cars of Will Parsons, Josh Steele, and Chelsea DeNofa.
